ok i just mnp-ed from hotlink to celcom xpax more than a month now. been using celcom prepaid BIS rm25 more than a month oso. i remembered correctly that celcom will auto deduct credit balance to continue BIS when 1 month is up. but why my credit was not auto deducted? if not auto deduct that means BIS should stop working right, but the BIS logo is still there, albeit like chipsmore sometime ada some tak ada.

If you only have budget for either one of these, which one will you choose? NO2 products like superpump for greater workout, or BCAA/EAA like xtend or wrath for greater recovery?

I'm still a student and only have extra budget for one of these. All the basic stuffs are covered though.

I've been buying supplements from GNC for quite some time and it's frustrating to learn that they rip off your money a lot. Even for VIP members the price is slightly above the market rate. Don't get me started on normal retailing price for non members, they are HELLA RIDICULOUSLY CRAZY high, 50% or even 100% higher than market price, giving the impression that bodybuilding and taking care of your health is a luxury.

Now that I've calm down, I wanna ask u guys where do you usually get ur supplements from? Online or from local retailer? I for one have been scouring the internet these past few months for online retailer which is well established, provide good service, and most importantly not trying to rip off consumers.
