Is it true that as per changed laws, the house/condo owner cab be jailed for tenants crime?
Any thought on what are the liabilities owner is exposed to whenever he/she rents out his/her condo/house in Malaysia?

Can Builders cheat customers even after 2009 ?

One of the builders told me that projects will not be abandoned and customer will not be cheated anymore, because Govt Of Malaysia passed some rules in 2009.

Is this true?

Whereas the bank manager said...if the project gets in trouble, I still have to pay the complete loan Scary !!!

If anyone know details on this, please enlighten me

Visa Rules for Foreigner Buying House in KL

Hi,

I am a foreigner working here and I plan to buy house here.
However I need to be sure that I can sell it if I wish to do so anytime.

My query: Now, my visa is tied to company I am working with. If I do not get visa renewed due to any unfortunate reasons, will I still get visa because I have house here. I will need Visa so that I can sell/rent my house here.

Please help. If you know any govt department please share website or PM me.
