Best Institutes for Culinary Arts?

I am currently browsing through the web in search of good culinary institutes in Malaysia. Both government owned and privately owned.

I am aware of these two threads:

Best Culinary School

and

Culinary Arts

but since these threads seem dead, I decided to open up a new one.

I am an SPM Leaver and interested to continue my studies in Diploma in Culinary Arts at a local institute in Malaysia.

My current top 3 choices are:

1) Sunway University College

2) Taylor's University

3) KDU University College

I've applied for UiTM, but it has been rejected. Can I have suggestions and advices regarding this matter?

I also want an institute with a healthy social environment. I dont want to go where the students do drugs, sex and all sorts of retarded stuff.

Hi, I am a 17 year old Malaysian who wants to start karting. The problem is I dont have a clue how and there is no one to guide me through.

What do I need to do to start karting? What class of karting can I compete in? I am 17 years old, 159cm height and 56kg weight.

How can I enter Rotax Asia Max Challenge?
