BIS not connecting after replace SIM - XPAX user

Just replace my SIM card this morning cause my SIM too old, dying and not even support 3G i not even bother until i change to BB . Btw, i'm a prepaid celcom user, subscribe to BIS monthly plan. Now BIS is not connected. Gone to blue cube outlet but they can't solve the prob. Then the celcom tech guy call me twice try reconnect my BIS..no luck tonite they gonna call me again..

anyone had experienced the same thing? or might have some idea what going on here..

Just for info..the HRT is empty, try register but no reply..the tech guy sent me service book but didn't get it..

anyway, celcom doing great on their customer service..the staffs try really hard to assist me even though no result yet.

YES 4G Broadband

I using YES 4G for bout 2.+ month already. here some review/exprience which i want to share with u guys. May be found useful for other who r getting Broadband.

PROS

1. Coverage is wide enough, no problem at my hometown, college, rumah sewa, and also can online on the bus (i travel quite often) without any problem.
2. The speed satisfy me, comparable with my 5mb unifi connection but sure unifi is better in term of stability.
3. Can make sms/call using the Yes life software (in my case, i only use it when i out of air time kredit on my phone a.k.a emergency only)
4. In term of fees/charges..it quite fair enough if compared to Celcom/Maxis/P1 BB which are unstable, hard to get signals, SLOW even for high bandwidth package
5. The software (4G network manager) is nice. neat and simple.

CONS

1. the connection keep disconnecting when uploading/downloading huge file with high transfer rate. For example i downloading 100mb file from file hosting at let say 300kb/s..the connection seem like restarting after certain duration (mybe the dongle getting too hot??). also expriencng same problem when using HD webcam thru Skype. not sure why..and i would like to know if other users experiencing the same problem like me (mybe my dongle is faulty)..quite frustrating when i downloading un-resume-able file.

will add sumore if i can found/think of any..

Hopefully the speed will maintain forever..

Looking for handphone repair service

As per title, i looking for handphone repair service who own a RIFF JTAG box or with other box which can fix and flash back my Samsung Galaxy 3 I5801 phone. i messed up when i try to upgrade the phone to Android 2.2. Now the phone dead, nothing happen when push the power button. Any button combo also won't work. The boot loader and the OS itself corrupted so i can't enter the recovery nor download mode anymore. Sent to nearby repair shop but they cannot do it.

my area is at JB, KL also can coz i going back to KL next week.

Please PM me if u can help me to fix the phone.

No need anymore. Sent the phone to Samsung SG already.

I considering to build a custom water cooler (external) for my fat ps3. coz lots reported getting the ylod disease due to overheat.

so guys, need ur opinion, suggestion, expertise..i still doing my research rite now (still noob) bout this WC system.

the major prob i see rite now is finding a suitable water block and bracket, the rest i think no problem.

the mobo is look like this. 2 diagonal hole for de screw to hold the heatsink. but i don't know the dimension and size, anyone??

and yes i know to build such thing would cost me a lot (may think i crazy) and better buy a new slim PS3.
