Anybody know's what's the proper way to do this?
I asked around. somebody told me that as a seller, we can pay them 10% of the sales price, as compensation.

However if the buyer really really really likes the house,
the buyer can take the matter to court.

So anybody has this kind of experience where
you want cancel selling, but the buyer really really wants to buy the house?

I have some questions about low cost flats.

A. I heard that you can't own more than 1 unit. Is this true? where to verify?
B. Is it true that if your income level is more than a certain value, you cannot purchase a unit?
C. Is it also true for sub-sale purchase?
D. If Joe owns one low cost flat, his brother owns another unit, can he give his brother his unit?
E. If Joe dies can he leave the unit to his brother?
F. Can Joe buy another unit through auction?

Hello,
As a land lord,

For the tenancy agreement, do I "need" to have a lawyer for the tenancy agreement?

I've heard people say, you can just have it "stamped" or something like that?

If the tenancy agreement is used as a supporting document for a loan, does it matter either way?

If it doesn't how do you stamp it your self?

follow-up question if question 1 is YES.
A - what are the costs involved?
pay mechanic? pay jpj?

B - what are the constraints?
like 2.0 car can only have 60L tank max?

C - what are the procedures?
- first to "X" to get "Y"?
- then go to any "A", the one i've been to is "A1" and service is ok.

- after that you need to go to puspakom.

hello all
i've developed a system for to find air asia tickets

basicallly prices in air asia website are one shot
you say when you want to go
when you want to come back
it displays the price..

well
i'm moving beyond that.

lets say
- you want to travel from LCCT to Melboune
- you want to stay there between 7 - 10 days
- you want to travel the in december (between 01/12/2009 - 31/12/2009)
- you want to find the cheapest ticket to do all of the above

to do this
manually is slow
so

i've tested this on celcom, and it works.

but what about other telcos?
anybody knows if other telcos can toggle the CLIR capabilities if you add a certain prefix?
if so, are they the same prefix, or using a different prefix?

what business can i do that requires a lot of electricity and little of anything else?
i mean something that can be done at home, requiring little space, and doesn't make a lot of noise?
i think selling stuff over the internet does not require a lot of electricity.
it doesn't have to be VERY profitable, just profitable enough, 5%?
RM 1000 of electricity and getting RM 1050 in revenue?
is it possible?

i have one house
i bought cash in 2008 (borrow money).
i think i bought it at market price.

then i refinance it,
a few months after that (to pay back borrowed money)

when i approached the loan officer,
he said i can refinance 90% of the SPA price

ok.

my question is,
my friend bought a house, and he was told he can
refinance higher than his SPA price?

so i think if you just bought, and you want to refinance, you have to follow the SPA price.
but after a while, the bank would follow the market price.

is this true?
if true, how long is the cut off, before they follow the market price?

i recently applied for a credit card,
it got rejected,
the OUB officer said i got too much comitment already.
i think i'm ok.
no car loan.
house loan.
some credit cards,
O/D account
that's it... i guess..

i asked the officer how they calculate
i got too much commitment,
the officer said,
they don't usually tell..

is there anyways i can check?
i want to fix it, but how to fix when i can see nothing wrong..

hello
i'm your normal sit-at-the-office kind of guy
i do little sport, almost none.
i think sometimes i need to vent out and do a bit of physical workout - not much, just some.
i'll probably be using it maybe one hour a week, maybe less.

i'm a computer programmer, and sometimes i feel the urge to hit something with my fist.

so any recomendations on what kind of punching bag i should buy?
i mean, nothing wrong with buying a sturdy punching bag that could last for 20 years if used everyday,
i just want a simple puching bag that's nice to hit for a guy with minimal upper body strength.

or maybe going to the gym would be more cost effective?
