URL/IP Filter in Modem

As topic says, im using the Billion 5112s modem. im having problem filtering website from a specific LAN ip address.

Of course in the modem it got an option to filter via URL, but that will leads all the PC connected cannot access the website like this:

with that, all connected LAN pc cannot access megaupload.

now there lies my problem. The thing is, i want to block a LAN ip address of my choice from accessing a website.

For example, i wanna block 192.168.1.5 from accessing www.rapidshare.com.

how do i accomplish this?

Then i saw another option in the modem which is using IP/MAC Filter. This method will use IP address instead of an URL.

rapidshare uses ip addresses range of 195.122.131.1 until 195.122.131.255 its a random number every time we access it, so i made this:

as u can see, i entered 195.122.131.0, is this correct? another problem is the DNS of the ip, modem keeps saying invalid DNS for the IP that i entered. i tried 255.255.255.0, 255.255.255.192, 255.255.255.224, 255.255.255.240, 255.255.255.248, even 255.255.255.252, all failed.

i think the correct one is 255.255.255.0, but it cant be done. whats happening here? any network pros can clarify this?

Speaker problem

hey guys..

i just changed my speaker power supply just now (official from creative).. but after powered on and all, it wont produce any sound at all.. all the 4 channels remain silence.. but i can hear the woofer bass sound when i play some songs..

what could be the problem?

ok here's my problem:

i've been trying to set up my cc for internet filtering to block porn and everyhting.. but i just dont get it how to configure my NICs and modem. (wonder if i have to change the default seetings or not)

ok here's the thing;

I got 1 main pc with 2 NICs - NIC2 connected directly to the modem and NIC1 to 16 LAN computers . It looks like this:

NIC 1, i use:
IP: 192.168.1.16
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.20
DNS: 192.168.1.20

NIC 2:
IP 192.168.1.20
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.254 (modem IP)
DNS: 192.168.1.254

Modem Settings:
Auto connect to ISP - router mode (PPPoE)
Dynamic WAN IP from ISP
NAT configured

the above config didnt work out. So how i should configure the KWF and modem to work together? and which part i got it wrong (NIC settings/KWF settings?)

the main purpose i use KWF is to prevent users from accessing unwanted websites like pr0n/warez/p2p sites. (i can handle this)

but the prob is the connectivity. the LAN PCs cannot connect to the internet as well as the gateway PC (KWF installed)

is there anyone out here can enlighten me ?

alright... this might sounds funny.

the thing is, my speaker vol controller or ON/OFF switch cable just got ripped by MICE (i believe so)

all i got it now are the 2 pieces of the wire.

so, if anyone have ANY idea on how to TURN ON the speaker without the controller?

ideas will be much appreciated.

and sorry about the caps, just to stress out some points

i just reinstalled windows hoping that i can install my fav game but it just refuse. + updated the latest directx (oct 6 release)
