Non-bumi house released

I am going to purchase a house that released from bumiputera lot.
The developer said it will convert to non-bumi lot so it is no problem for me to purchase.
Can anyone provide some tips or related experienced before? This is my first property so kind a newbie of all this stuff

According to the price comparison, spec, and period .

Query on my ASUS laptop TEMPERATURE

I just purchased Asus A53SV last month ago.
I am using i5-2410M 2.30ghz.
My processor temperature show 50-58 celcius when idle, and goes up to 80-87 celcius when i am running games such as assasin creed or HON.

Is it normal for the high temp ? I am wondering. Pls leave ur opinion here~
