Building a new Desktop

Hi,

I'm planning to build a new desktop but I have zero experience on this.

Most of the time i'll just use it to do some paper work,

but it may happen that i'll install some football game like PES..

If the budget is around 2.5k, how can i utilize it? (Mouse and keyboard excluded)

Any suggestion?

At the beginning my build was

AMD Athlon II X4 635
ASUS M4A77T
Corsair/Mushkin PC13333 2GB x2
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
Sapphire HD6850
FSP Saga II 500W
Powerlogic Casing
LiteOn DVD Writer

but Sapphire HD6850 is out of stock
and my fren suggest me take xigmatek rather than FSP
finally my build become:

AMD Athlon II X4 635
ASUS M4A77T
Corsair/Mushkin PC13333 2GB x2
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
AMD Radeon HD6850
Xigmatek Bronze 500W
Powerlogic Casing
LiteOn DVD Writer

Is the 2nd build worse than the 1st one ?
And should I take PSU 600W instead of 500W ?

I'm totally a noob btw... Know nothing about this stuff...

PSP screen problem

I dunno why the screen of my psp show nothing except of the background light T.T
Is there any place to repair?

then how about this bulid?

RAM : Corsair DDR3 2GB x2
HDD : WD 500GB
Graphic Card: Asus GTS450 1GB D5
DVD-ROM : Samsung 24x
PSU : Cooler Master 460W
Monitor : No need.

Mu budget is about RM 1500+..
How is my hardware configuration?
Or there's better one?
mainly use to play online game and better graphic requirement games like: Black OPs and Need For Speed : Hot Pursuit
