Date of transaction:
21st may 2012

Details of the complaint :
i was bought the phone by 21st may
seller told that the charger is no working
so have to refund rm20 and promised will do so at 23rd may

i waited about 2 days but still no receive any pm about the refund
i only quote seller from other title of forum about the refund
he only reply by pm

since he said will refund by 25th may or 26th may
so i waited until 26th may(yesterday) only confirm with seller
however, he said that i have to wait
the phone was bought from another seller, and he have to wait the seller refund only can refund to me
I know RM20 not a big money, but this is about the attitude problem.
Whether another seller refund him or not, i also have no idea. Then how i know when i going get my own refund?
