Need clarification on job status

Hi everyone.. Good day,

I wanted to know what action can/cannot be done for my colleague towards his employer. The situation is:

1) He got calling from this HR person last July 2011 to work for ST company. She told to him to start working on 3rd August 2011.

2) My friend gave notice 24hour to his former company(mutual agree by both parties) to go for ST company. He even being interviewed by ST's director to start as soon as possible. (3rd August 2011)

3) So, my friend start work on ST company on 3rd August 2011 without any letter. My friend insist the letter on first day, second and the director kept avoid.

4) On last Friday, 12th August 2011, the ST's director ask her HR person to verbally inform my friend that his employment will be terminated today (15th August 2011). The reason, my friend did calculate wrong for some items (computer system) but it can be corrected by manual.

5) Right now, the he is in the ST company waiting for his salary but he want to fight this (but no offer letter). And he told me that the director ask him to sign resign letter. ???????

Even i didnt know much about Labour Law, but on signing resign letter which is not under his willing?

Please anyone can give him some idea how to fight this...

Good day everyone..

I searched thru this thread and found no post that can help me.

My problem is my phone cannot login lowyat forum. FYI, i am using unlimited internet access and data for sim card.

What is the problem?

Every time i log in and enter password (i type it one by one), no pages for forumer, just show the topic for guest only.

Anyone ?

Please advice me is it possible to restructure loan car in a short period only?

Okay, let me break it down:-

Let say my current payment/monthly is RM800. I have another 7 years to settle down (out of 9 months).

So, i need to restructure the monthly payment to only RM500/month for two years only or 24 months.

Is it possible?

Can anyone clarify the possibilities?
