Bipolar mood disorder

Dear all,

I have bipolar mood disorder and is on periodic medication and makes regular visit to psychiatric clinic for consultation and buying medicine.

At the same time, I need to work to support my family and cover monthly expenses, medication, bills, etc.

Recently I am planning to switch job because of some personal reasons. If asked during the interview, should I come clean and be honest about my condition?

Do employers appreciate honesty?

Hello. I am wondering if anyone has any experience in applying for a skilled regional visa or a PR to Australia?

Let's just assume I am qualified to get a skilled visa to Australia, any state and city, what kind of documents do I need to prepare to send to DIMIA? How do I start? Please do not refer me to DIMIA's site. There are too much information there. I would appreciate if you would kindly please roughly state the documents needed.

Well, I do not want apply through the blood sucking immigration agency either for obvious reason.
