Anyone traveled to Bangladesh before?

I made a call to the Bangladesh High comm and i was told i need to apply a visa before hand.

However, I have checked with several people (pilots) a few websites online which say Malaysia Passport holders can get a Visa-on-Arrival.

Does anyone know what are the exact jobscope of a project executive in a developer firm?

As far as i am aware, it involves authorities submission, dealing with subcontractors/vendors, completion certificates, defects complaints etc...

Any other jobscopes that are not listed? The hiring developer also mentioned that need to spend extra time after working hours to go "layan" the authorities. Is this true?

Please advise.
