            <description>hi to those experienced or HR specialist... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need a big help tonight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got an offer from company M today. However they offered me final package (this is what they told me la) which is rm200 lower than my minimum expectation salary. I even told them my minimum requirement to accept this job is how much. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If I reject their offer tmr with the reason of salary, will they reconsider and counter offer again to me ? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plsss advise...</description>

            <title>Question about Accept or Reject Offer Letter</title>

            <description>Hi, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need some advices from here. I got an offer from a company as an engineer. They need me to reply confirmation by tmr morning, then if yes, will send me offer letter to sign. But somehow I have few interviews on the way to attend in coming few weeks... i wonder if I accept the 1st company tmr, and sign the offer letter by this week, can I still accept other companies offer? I dunno how to decide now, lost... i sked if i din accept the 1st one, later I din success for other interviews, then in the end i get nothing...</description>
