Anyone know what the commission rate for Groupon or its clones are?

Please list the website and their commission rate if you know them.

I am thinking of promoting some of my services there and would like to know the range for the commission.

Help - Car, 45k budget

Hey there,

I am thinking of buying a car for myself.

My requirements are:
a) safety - dual air bags
b) moderate fuel efficiency
c) must be a sedan
d) wont lose too much money as I plan to change car within 3-4 years.

This is what i have come up with so far:

1) New Saga - RM43,000

2) 2009 Spectra - RM30,000

3) 2006 Optra 1.6 - RM33,000

Which of the three would you say is my best bet? Please also share if you have other models in mind. Budget less than 45k.

Anyone know where I can get "graphics wrapped" on my vehicle (selangor/KL)? Something like those adverts on the buses.

obtaining demographics information

Hey,

I am trying to obtain information on the population demographics (age, race, income) for the Subang Jaya & USJ area (whole malaysia would be a bonus ). Does anyone know where I can find them? I havent had much luck searching.
I tried looking at the malaysian statistics website, but they say I have to buy the book.

If you could point me in the right direction it would be great.

PC cant turn on. Red light on tower

Hey guys,

Got a problem with my desktop. I cant turn it on. When I press the ON button, a red light appears on the front panel. Nothing happens after that. There is nothing on my display. I dont think the bios boots as there is no loading/reading light on the tower panel. Just the red light.

All the fans, graphics card and hdd are running. What could be wrong?

I have already tried removing each component and cleaning the contact points as mentioned in other threads but it didnt help.

Hi there,

I have been using openVPN from strongvpn.com

Been using the service for about 2 months without a problem.
Beginning a couple days ago, my connection has deteriorated a lot. After I connect, my internet stops working like 5-30 minutes.
On the connection status icon, it is still green (connected). However, upon looking at the log, i noticed it says

08:57:16 2007 us=15919 FRAG TTL expired i=10
08:57:16 2007 us=15937 FRAG TTL expired i=11
08:57:31 2007 us=29957 FRAG TTL expired i=2
08:58:26 2007 us=78283 FRAG TTL expired i=17

I have this software on 3 virtual machines and all of them started having the same problem at the same time.

Tried contacting customer support but they just told me to try changing servers and updating the software. Tried all that but it didnt work.

Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Does anyone know how i can decrypt this file?

The file extension is actually .ppl and not .pdf.
I had to change it so that it could be uploaded here.
So rename the file to holdem.ppl

Connecting laptop to Plasma and a/v receiver

Just bought a brand new plasma from a fellow forumer here (adrian0229)

I want to connect my laptop to the plasma (720p) and also my a/v receiver.

Whats the best way to do it?

I plan to connect the video via VGA.

As for sound, I am planning to buy an external sound card. Can you all recommend me one?
I have a number of HD movies in my laptop. These movies contain 5.1 channel sound and some in DTS. Whats the best way to connect my laptop to the a/v receiver?

flaw in the seaching/displaying of item

i think there is a problem in the garage sale search/sort function.

for example, if i click on the word clothing next to the title of a particular sale, i would be directed to a new page displaying all clothing items up for sale in the garage sales section. If i then click to go to page XX, it will take me to page XX displaying all garage sale items. It wont take me to page XX displaying the items in the clothing section. (which is what i wanted)

ipod nano in washing machine

i accidentally forgot to take my ipod nano out of my pocket when i put my pants to wash.. now it doesnt work any longer

when i pug it into the computer, it just keeps showing the apple boot screen then restarts like very 2 seconds.

can i get it fixed or do u think my ipod is useless already.

btw... can i claim warranty by saying that it broke by itself?? my nano is slightly less than a year old.

CPU Usage at 100%

as above, when ever i play Red Alert 2 or counter-strike: source on my desktop, the cpu usage always shoots up to 100%. This causes the game to run not very smoothly. Anyone here encountered the same problem?? how can i fix it? i tried reinstalling the gave but the results were the same.

BTW, i hv installed RA2 using the same CD on my laptop and it works fine. the cpu usage never shoots up to 100%.

Anyone know anything about the program offered at Taylor's College?? Whats the fee structure?? Batch size?? Cost when doing the twinning in Uni of Birmingham??

currently installing it.....but the download rate is very slow....about 5-10kb/s

i am on streamyx 1 mb...

u guys get similar download speeds???

when u guys start up ur ipod nano....does it immediately come into the OS or does it like do a boot up with the black screen with the apple in d middle first??

i was just wondering...because my ipod sometimes goes directly into the OS....but if i dont use it for like a day...then it will start up with the boot screen first
