need help in C programming

hello, i having problem of writing code for load data from text file
tis is the question... plz help

Requirement #2 – Load Data

If the files exist, your program needs to be pre-populated with the data provided in the two (2) data files whose names are conveyed via the command line. You will need to tokenize the data in order to load them into the system. Use the structure definitions provided in the start-up code to store your system data.

Mark data file format:
<student_id>,<name>,<mark1>,<mark2>,<mark3>,<finalmark>,<grade>

Example:
0602R00001,Alex Zhu,12.5,20.5,35.0,68.0,CR
0602R12345,Bobby Brain,14.5,24.5,59.5,98.5,HD
0602R98765,Charles Laz,7,0,0,0,NN

Component data file format:
<componentId>,<name>,<fullMark>,<weight>,<hurdleNumber>

Example:
C01,assignment #1,100,15,H01
C02,assignment #2,100,25,H01
C03,final exam,100,60,H02

The mark file can contain any number of records and will be stored in a sorted linked list ordered by student_id.

Please note that you cannot assume that the data contained in these files are complete for each record. For example, there may be records with additional or missing fields, and the data in each field may not be of a specific type, range and/or length.

Sample (valid) data files have been provided with the start-up code. Make sure that your program works with at least these files. We will be testing your program with invalid data in the data files upon submission.

We recommend that you get your program working for the (valid) provided data files first. Then spend any remaining time on your assignment testing for invalid files after you have completed most/all of the remainder of the assignment.
