Chinese Dictionary recommendations

Im looking for a chinese-english dictionary software. Im chinese illiterate, can speak but cannot read or write. Can anyone suggest a software which can pronounce out the chinese word ? Like if i paste the chinese characters it can pronounce it out for me.

Any help is greatly appreciated THX

Problem with meeting lenglui

I have this problem here. Whenever im faced with a pretty gal infront of me, i end up looking like a fool. There's just something inside me that whenever i see someone pretty/attractive i have the tendency to have a crush on the person easily. Like keep thinking to myself that this could be the one or whatever like that so i try not to mess things up. Usually this backfires.

This problem happens for like people that i meet that are beyond my age group. There's was this one time, I was talking to a aunty selling some stuffs la, then suddenly an attractive woman (aged 30++ and married gua) shows up then i start to tense up. I couldnt behave my normal self. Words stutter, all i could do was stare and just nod at whatever she she said( the attractive woman). I will look like a fool if u put in on tape. 30 old woman i already like that, dont even wana think about those 18 year old leng lui. Mesmerised by the lack of love from a girl,i have just cursed myself in the butt.

With this kind of destructive behavior, how leh... every girl who is even close to attractive, i wont have the ability to perform. The idea of it is killing me. People keep attracting the type of people they want to meet. Whenever my oppurtunity comes (rarely) i just cant seem to hit the right buttons to get it going.

Its not that im desperate or anything, im rather satisfied of my life nw. But you just gotta prep for the worse right

The only type of people im comfortable talking to is the people who i would not really want to have a relationship with. (sry everyone,the gal's looks are important too right)
So if u turn it around u pretty much get what i mean.

Actually correction. Im so desperate that i become nervous when talking to ANY gal that is pretty. Im pretty much screwed right.

BTW dont ask for pics or the gtfo thing ok.
