Road Tax & Insurance query

Hi to all,

An inquiry about road tax.

Mom's car expired 18 April 2019. Insurance under Kurnia. She asked me to help renew it. From Kurnia reminder the Insurance valid till 11 June 2019.

Change insurance agent with Etiqa Takaful. This morning paid and received cover note validity 12 June 2019 - 11 June 2020.

My question would be, if renew the road tax, will JPJ follow the expiry which was on the 18 April 2019 ? Or will I be issued a road tax to correspond to the current insurance validity till 11 June 2020?

Thanks in advance for any info/advice.

Setting Up Mail in rmbp with Office365-Outlook

Hi all,

My company recently migrated the office servers and is now using office365. Previously is was microsoft exchange server.

Anyway, I am having trouble in setting up the macosX Mail to sync with the office365 server. Surprisingly, ios (iPhone) no issues and the mail app in ios sync normally. I tried setting up the mail in macosX, but it couldnt link to the office365.com

I could just download the microsoft office apps for macosX since the my company paid for the license, but I dont want to add more clutter in my rmbp. Furthermore I have been using mac apps (numbers, pages, keynote etc) for the last 4 years and I find it easier than microsoft. Furthermore, the mail app is much simpler than the outlook thus I prefer the Mail app abaove others.

Any pointers, advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Recommend : Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones

Good morning all,

I can't really use my hi fi nowadays as i do lack the space at home, kids are growing up and too many pets running around the house. Therefore I am in need of a good pair of headphones with the following requirements.

1) Wireless as I need the freedom. Bluetooth that can pair with mainly Apple stuff, iphones, iPads, macbookpro etc. I like to tinker with my illumination and edge tools.

2) Noise cancelling type. My work environment is made up of machinery noise, general office noise and road noise (I often to to project site and my cabin is next to a busy main road). Do alot of sharpenng works also.

3) Prefer Over ear rather than in ear/on ear type headphones.

4) Not a bass head in particular (Not into XtraBass like Sony's) but do appreciate fine music. I listen to all types of music and also audiobooks/podcasts. For the record, my son is using the Sony MDR-XB950BT headphones. I have used it a number of times before but do not like it that much due to the over bearing bass. Also it could do with a more open midrange and treble.

Looking at YT reviews, models like Sony MDR-1000X, MDR-100ABN, Bose QC35, Sennheiser PXC550 do crop out alot. They may be others, so do recommend me your top choice headphone that fits my requirements to a budget around RM2K. I also prefer those that I can test and purchase locally.

Alright... let me know your recommendations. Cheers
