Acer Aspire 4720Z wont On anymore

Got Acer Aspire 4720Z.. non warranty..Cannot turn on. No light. But, when try to plug using AC adapter, the AC adapter light will blinking not the laptop.
Try many method already. Still cannot On. Help me.

I have been successful in an interview for Helpdesk Support. But didnt sign my offer letter yet. I have informed by the HR staff today. They send an email and the salary is RM1200. Is it a good offer for me? I have stated in my resume that my expected salary is RM1200-RM1800 (nego). Any advice for me rite now? Really can't think now.
