AGP card with Component or Composite Output

G'day expertise

I would like to use my old PC as a PC karaoke system. Its running on an AGP board.

Ill need one like so because i have old school TV with RCA component only and I want to run my sound karaoke system through a PC instead of DVD Player.

Please give me some advice on any particular AGP graphic card that supports Composite or Component output.
Is there any AGP graphic card that gives an Composite or Component output?

Or

Is there another way to convert DVI to Component? Im currently running 6600GT with 2 DVI outputs and 1 S-video, but S-video quality is poor when linked through several tv.
