Newbie needs Help ...

hi, all sifu here ... i m a newbie just started go gym with friend ...
Few of my friend do suggest me take supplement with them which is Dymatize ( Super Mass Gainer )..
And wanna ask all sifu's whether i suitable to take this supplement or not ?... hehe

Currently, i m about 175cm with around 82kg ...
i m dunnoe i consider fat or not but now i m with a big stomach ( stomach follow me from 3 years old until now )...
i did do some bmi test, the test said that i m consider fat but if i m in foreign i m not ...

So, is it suitable for me to take this supplement ? or try to take few weeks 1st if really increase alot of weight then i stop it ??

Hi, As topic i want to buy a Laptop for normal usage + little bit of Gaming but my budget is Within RM 3k ...

About the The Brand will more prefer Asus but if other brand is better than that also can let me noe also ..

Kindly to give me some more than 1 choice so that i can compare the design ... hehe

hi, I just bought a Belkin Surge Protector..

For the 1st 2 day , the LED for Earthed still light up ..

But when 3rd day its didn't work ad ...

So what is the problem a ???
