Harlooo, only Tuesday but felt super hectic from workloads. Decided try to cook Ginseng chicken soup. Ginseng soup is good at boost energy and fights fatigue. So, lets get started. Weeee~~

I used EYS packet (cuma sebab that day got offer -20%), this is ingredients in 1 pkt. End up i kaboom 2 pkts for the kao-ness. Suggest dont buy this, but beli from scratch. The red dates given is with seeds. I prefer seedless red dates. Ginseng also macam very kesian.

I boil the chicken meat separately before soup. Fyi, my soup no chicken skin.

Try adding scallops 2 biji hentam masuk also

Finally add in goji when its done. My salt is super minimal.

Tadaaaa....
