Budget & Non-Budget Gaming Rig

Morning fellow members! I'm looking to build 2 gaming rigs and I need your suggestions and opinions. Firstly, I do not own a monitor so a suggestion for a good value buy LED monitor with 1920x1080 resolution would be nice. As for the gaming rigs:

1. Gaming Rig with a budget of RM1000 or less using an AMD APU A4 3400/5300 (For playing games like BF3, CODBO, Crysis 2, FarCry 3, etc.).

2. Gaming Rig with a budget of RM3000 or less (Preferably using Intel and maybe nVIDIA).

Dealing method: Pos Ekspres (RM4) or Pos Laju (RM7 West Malaysia, RM10 East Malaysia). Items lost or damaged during postage would not be beared by the seller. Strictly no COD as I have transport difficulties.
