Mechanical Engineering( which uni?)

Hey guys im really interested in mechanical engineering but im really confused by the selection of unis. My family is not financially well off so options is down to the cheaper uni which is MMU, Uniten and UTAR. all are recognised by BEM and uniten is recognised by uk engineer society. Does the uk accreditation make any difference at all? And is there other uni i should consider?
