I've been looking for one, but all almost dead. Lowyat forum is just among a few that still barely alive. I remember back then we used to have lot of activities, parties, gathering, launch whatever, so many mirrors and people willing to contribute with helping others, and we even have a couple of our own linux distro build from scratch.

I'm planning to make a simple mini linux bengkel to re-introduce back Linux to the public, so that people would aware there's more than JUST Windows out there. Trying to get rid of the fear feeling towards linux. I had GMI contacted me if I wanted to use their place, anyone can join for the sake of the community.

That being said, I also would like to know if anyone knows the community for Fedora, Redhat family for example that still active in Malaysia.

Yesterday when I got back home from work, I slipped my phone out of pocket on my bike, I lost it, it is nowhere to be found along with my office cards.

So I need a new phone right now, range from RM500-RM750 or if you have great phone that I should consider just offer me.
It's quite urgent, so I need fast COD. Area Subang, Kelana Jaya or Shah Alam. Just throw me anything and I'll try to pick one.

Hi guys, I need some software recommendation to help with a Portal/Web operations. My client asked me to review to them actually.

1) Function Point Analysis Tool
- Honestly, I have no idea what this thing does. Time to study.

2) Performance Test Tool (Load Test and Code Analyzer)
- I'm thinking of Apache Jmeter

3) Functional Test Tool
- Sikuli. But this more towards front end la I think :/

4) Source Code Management
- Github, Jira

If you guys have better idea or recommendations aside from mentioned above, please advice. If any justification is much appreciated.

Hi I need advice. Currently I am working in a local company. Been working here for 7 months as Asc. Solution Eng.. Opensource spesifically. Didnt pay high, 2.4k but tbh I'm quite content cuz I enjoy playing with servers, linux and pretty much everything in IT and still learning here.

I got a phone call say that there is a position in ExxonMobile for Helpdesk Analyst, the woman claimed that she is from Jenjob (lol) The only thing I remember is that I only updated my resume almost 2 years ago in 2013

So the things that been in my mind :
1. What should I expect from Helpdesk Analyst?
2. What salary should I expect from them?
3. It's a shift job, and contract sumore.
4. I think I'm still new in working environment, 7 month only.. People say it is better to gain exp for like 2 years or something before I job hopping.. Should I?
5. I'm naive. I always play safe.

There will be interview but I don't want waste time going here and there for something that I don't know so I better be firm first.

In fact, it is been like this from the very first day I purchased it. I don't know how to read SpeedFan previously until just now someone told me my temperature is burning

I can run game fine, even with high config and the temperature would rise up to 90C.

Reconnecting Problem

Have you guys ever experience this?

I have suffer no lag with only 23ms ~ 43ms roughly every game, but whenever I got this "limited connectivity" thing I failed to reconnect the game after I recovered the connection.

Out of 13 of my abandon matches, none of them ever success in reconnecting. 100% for sure cannot reconnect one.

Really irritating.. bikin wa panas lar
