HTC Desire HD Screen Broken

Hello there,
I have my Deisre HD screen cracked, the screen is still displaying, but the touch screen doesnt work anymore
Turning on or off the phone has no problem at all,

Can anybody tell me what should I do next, to get this problem fixed?

And it would be really great if somebody can tell me the price range for fixing this ..

Hi everybody,My friend need recommendations choosing a laptop

It's for his College career , mainly use for Watching Movies, Light gaming, Prefer a 15.6 screen,and a 750gb or above storage ... and the shape of the laptop should be sharp-edged .. dont like rounded shape edge..(hope everybody get what im saying )

Budget RM2000-2500..
