Unidentified network

I am having a problem with my LAN all of a sudden the next day when I on my PC. it show 'unidentified network' and no

internet access. I can access WiFi if I enable it, as I usually used LAN connection for my PC. How do I check what

went wrong and set it back. I am using Maxi WiFi in which it still used the TM line and router/modem My OS. Windows 7

pro. SP1. Hope someone can help.

PC Monitor no signal

I have a problem in starting my PC LCD monitor. My present Philip 19 ins. the screen is having patches like a sand paper surface on the screen and if you see from the side way it appear another screen is there a grayish screen smaller then the original size. When I connect the VGA cable to my monitor and PC and power up my PC in the new used monitor ( AOC E2070Swn) when ON and it display login logo and then a moving message saying no signal and went black I could see the computer is running as the HDD indicator blinking. I could not do anything in my PC as there is no image of my desktop appear. What am I to do to get it to work or how to set it at this kind of situation. My OS. Windows 7 pro.

My present Philips monitor have 1 VGA socket and 1 DVI (D-Sub 15pin) socket but the AOC monitor have only 1 VGA socket. I connected the VGA cable from the Graphic card AMD Radeon HD 5670 (512 MB) socket to the VGA socket of the monitor. When I tried to test it by removing the VGA cable a massage saying cable not connected.

Why I cannot use it to work from the graphic card. Do we have to do some setting. Please guide me on how to configure it to work.

Hello may I know whether you have this login problem. I received free under b40 plan for my son online lesson, but when I on the laptop it ask for password to login. Since I could not login I could not configured google class for my son. What password does it mean it is a new laptop which they sent. If any one can help me please. Thanks

Hello can someone please help me to solve this problem. My CSL Switch pluto neo mi407 which I bought sometimes ago is seem to be dead. I only test it to see what it can do then I removed back my sim card to my smartphone. I was going to give this mi407 phone to my son. I tried to charge the battery but it did not display anything on the screen. Do it need the sim card fix then only can charge and where can I buy this battery. Thanks.

LAN no internet

Why my LAN connection is not able to connected to internet all a sudden, but the wireless connection is able to

connect. In the system tray the icon is shown internet access but could not connect to internet with the Firefox and

Opera browser that I have tried. In windows network diagnostics issues found: "The DNS server isn't responding.

Contact your network administrator. Your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or doesn't exit."

Not connected, no connections are available

I am getting frequent 'not connected, no connections are available' from network icon. At times after reboot it comes back to normal at times it would not help. I tried release and renew Internet Protocol (IP) address but it say not connected. I am hoping someone can shed light on what to do in this situation or any application will do the job. Using Unifi 20M. Thanks.

Windows 7 installing problem

I just have install a new 1B.sygate sata hard drive. The old 1TB.sata hard drive was running XP Pro. Before installing windows 7 in the new 1TB. hard drive, I took out the XP 1TB.WD hard drive. After completing the installation I found out that the Win.7 partition 'C' partition is only around 450+GB. the other half contain 'D' & 'E 'became old XP partition. When I start the computer it show dual selection (1). previous system or (2). win 7. For Windows 7 when booting there is no problem yet but XP seem to load slower and sometime it appear in a hang state. In the win.7 OS. 'C'=win.7 (there was one folder contain window old) ie.'D'=XP partition folder, 'E'=XP partition folder. I do not understand how the XP OS. could appeared in win.7OS. when the XP OS Hard drive is taken out. My computer hard drive is connected to SATA socket and the dvd burner (IDE) is connected to IDE slot. I just have some computer knowledge only. I do hope you can help me to make windows 7 (only having win 7 files and folders) and in the old XP hard drive it should be as earlier. I notice that when you remove the win 7 hard drive and boot XP OS. XP hard drive seem it could not load it is asking for the disc or something are missing. Thanks

Local Area Connection

My Local Area Connection has give me some problem lately. At time it is OK at time when you open a page it seem no connection. I have to do a repair from the Local Area Connection tab and sometimes the Local Area Connection icon also missing. I am using Unifi 10M. broadband. What setting should I set in the 'use the following tcp/ip tab', do I need this setting at present is automatic ip address. What way can I improve it. OS.XP Pro SP3. Thanks.

Hi pal's I have a problem in the output file (ie. after the build completed) which is many times the actual installer if you install it the normal way. I use to get a compress output with earlier version. I wish to know how to edit the build parameter so the application just install and output of exe not the dat as it is now. Which are the items or topics which can be safely remove from it. Thanks.

I am having a CD sticker sheet of this dimension W:5ins.(128mm.) H: 9/34 (250mm.) what type of this label sheet is similar to avery, neato or others. I could not set my printer to print the image to the cd sticker propererly. I tried using 'Acoustica CDDVD LabelMaker' and others but could not find a proper label sheet format in the software provided. The image printed is either too low or place some where not in the cd sticker center. The CD/DVD label comes with 2 CD sticker per sheet. I do hope someone can help me step by step to a more accurate position. My printer is a canon m198. Thanks.

Portable USB Hdd

My portable usb hdd seem not dected in my XP computer. When I connect the hdd the power light light up I could fill it spinning then the power light went off. I tried to see what happen and view the device manager but it seem it freeze/busy after quite sometime then only the page load up and when to open other tab it happen again. I do not know what cause it as most of the time it appeared like computer freeze/hang. I hope someone can guide me to solve the problem. Thanks.

No audio in the recording

After recording from a USB capture device (DU-CV USB capture device using windows movie maker line in from TV) there was no audio in the recording when I playback the recording, although the video is OK. I could hear the sound from the speaker when doing the recording. when playing other downloaded movies and other it is normal. For information my on-board chipset (sound) seem faulty (Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L motherboard), there was no sound from my speaker when playing video movie. I have installed ESS Maestro 2E PCI sound card and the sound is OK, when playing video which is downloaded but when I do a recording there is no audio. In volume control in the PC Speaker, 'balance' slider seem dead not able to slide 'L' or 'R' only the 'volume slider' can be move or down. Hope it help you all. OS. XP Pro SP3. Thanks.

Wireless USB ADAPTER

I am at present using D-link DWA 125 wireless adaptor, which is giving trouble I think it will die soon. I have bought a TP-Link TL-WN727N Adaptor to replace this D-Link adaptor. I tried to installed this new adaptor but encounter the problem while doing configuring the encryption stage. the tap AES it ask for the WPA preshared key what it mean by it. How do I know the key where to find it? I am using Unifi wireless modem which they supply (Rigger brand I think). Can someone please guide me step by step to installation particularly how to set the security so no one without password can connect to my modem. Can I just used the new TP-Link without installing their driver. Thanks.

I have subscribe to Unifi 10M package. I just bought a fax machine, I connect the line from the fax machine (HP 3in1 printer) 'Tel' to the 'Tel 2.' from the 'GPON terminal unit' Tel 1 is connected to the cordless phone. The fax seem not working it gives message 'busy' but when I connect it to Tel 1. fax is OK. Can you please let me know where have I gone wrong. Thanks.

I have installed Nitro PDF Professional 6, in midway of the installation
it pop up a message " Originally licensed on a different computer ". I
have visit their site but the problem could not solved. The thing is
that I could not open the program as soon as I click on the program the
same pop up will show the message. I am running XP Pro SP3. I hope

Hi I need advise for setting up a wireless modem connection. I have a modem connected with a 8 port switch hub, from here it is connected to my personal computer and to another computer in the same room with data cable in the ground floor. I intend to put one computer to the second floor with a wireless connection. I need help on the best way to do it. It should be not very costly and stable. Please let me know the best way. Thanks.

Hi all can someone please advise me which graphic card I can install to this motherboard. At present I could not install a LCD monitor to my computer as I don't have any graphic card install. This computer integrated card seem do not support LCD monitor. I got a pop-up screen with a message saying "not optimized .... ." Hi I hope someone can help me to calculate how much the legal fees and other charges if any. I hope I post in the right place. I am intending to buy a secondhand house in Taman Sri Rambai, BM. it cost around $86K. (single storey) It is old house and the owner willing to sell to me. I heard that the total fees will be above 5K. Please let me know roughly how much I have to pay and where can I get a lawyer to handle it near BM. Thanks.
