C++ can go for game simulation?

wanted to as experts programmer here that can C++ program a simple input and output of simulation for anti collision sensor? or any program can do that?

i got this 3 field

name

i do i disply the highest sale which sum up a staff sales more than certain vallue

SELECT SALESPERSON.Name, [PRODUCT].[Price]*[SALE].[Quantity] AS TotalSales
FROM SALESPERSON INNER JOIN (PRODUCT INNER JOIN SALE ON PRODUCT.SerialNo = SALE.SerialNo) ON SALESPERSON.StaffID = SALE.StaffID
WHERE ((([PRODUCT].[Price]*[SALE].[Quantity])="SUM"));

this is what i got but only disply the price which the staff sold and repeating the salesperson name instead of total
