I previously used BIZ10 with current setup, I borrow my friend account which is BIZ20 and dial using the draytek. I can make the connection but the speed still 10mb/10mb ~ i thought the speed capped by account and not physically capped... correct me please

P/S : I just successfully installed my BIZ 20 x 4 (fix IP) a week before this new package popup! I go TM Point to change the package and they considered I'm downgrading! From RM899 x 4 to RM359 x 4 with total penalty is RM800! Still ok la, from 3.6K to 1.4K per month, at least I can cut my CC cost~
