We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Marketing team in the role of Assistant Manager MArketing - Database Marketing, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with product / marketing manager to design campaign with clear performance measures, advise the feasibility of implementation, conduct pre campaign analysis to identify potential customers for campaign and post campaign evaluation to share performance and learning from past campaigns

- Provide insights through in depth analysis or data mining to support business strategy and planning

- Coordinate admin support required for the campaign including list management and gift fulfillment

- Design campaign tracking report to ensure that marketing / business owners able to get the first hand result of the campaign

- Develop management information to perform portfolio assessments on a periodic basis as they apply to the support of strategic and tactical campaign planning

- Provide ad hoc analysis and request related to the portfolio assigned to him / her

- To participate Group wide initiative deliverable

Requirements

- At least 2 years experiences in Marketing Analytics, database marketing, customer intelligence or decision science fields, preferably in cards banking or retail environment,

- Analytical minded with strong business acumen

- With SAS Programming skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal / negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and results oriented

- A team player with an energetic and flexible working style

Technical Analyst (yearly renewable contract)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirement and provide technical solution.
- Responsible for execution of regional / local in house development of application and problem solving technical issues.
- Provide technical consulting on required solutions & perform and delivers the Application development with technical knowledge & Expertise.
- Formulate and define scope and objectives pertaining to the Application construction.
- Prepares technical deliverables and / or provides input to other deliverables related to the Application development.
- Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
- Devise or modify procedures to resolve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time.
- Undertake / oversees coding activities and developers / constructors
- Perform unit, system and integration testing for the specific platform / technology / application /component / IT services
- Provide Level 3 support on regional / local applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related business field
- Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience working on application development activities
- Good project management experience & familiar with PMP
- Able to work with cross-country virtual teams and to undertake multiple projects on hand
- Excellent vendor management * contract management
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Strong technical understanding across multiple technology platforms
- Strong coding ability with excellent programming skills in Java, Oracle database, SQL server
- CRM or BI reporting project or super experience is a must

Ø Dismantle & assemble test equipment

Ø Cleaning, wiring & upgrade test jog

Ø Fixture plus testing

Project start from 30 May (Mon) – 4 July in Kelana Jaya. Working hour Monday to Saturday: 9am – 5pm, must work OT everyday even Sat / Sun.

Basic salary RM60/day, if completed the project, each day pay additional RM10 / day at the end of July; OT payout accordingly ….

*take taxi in Kelena Jaya station by share 4 in one car and they can claim the transport fare.
