Been rejected 99 times on credit cards application

I want to build my credit score.

CCRIS record is clean.

Pay PTPTN loan on time, no other commitment, no late payment record.

But every time I tried to apply credit card must have rejected by banks, even Citi and UOB also not accepting my application.

Salary is RM3,400 before deduct socso epf.

Can any sifu advise what is the problem? Anyone can help me with this situation?

Booking fee for newly launched project

Sorry just a newbie asking question here.
May any expert share with me, if I want to book a unit for newly launched project...it will be completed in 2021

The agent ask for rm5k booking fee.

Can anyone tell me:

1. What's the procedure or action to take after paid the booking fee? Apply for loan?
2. And what if the loan get rejected, can I get the booking fee back?

(WTA) Weekends OT Claim

Hi all,
Our company required us to work on weekends, for fair and event.
As usual, 1more day to go before our payday. Guess what...

I received a memo by HR today, something as below:

"Based on worker law 1955 blablabla... From now on, whoever salary is lower than rm4k, the ot claim calculation should be claimed capped at RM2k salary.
And salary more than rm4k, is not entitle to get OT for weekends works."

*RM2000 ot calculation:
(Rm2000/26)/8 = rm9.6
ot = 1.5times,
rm9.6 x 1.5 = rm14.40
imagine if an event i work for 10 hours, total salary would be RM144. (Not much different from promote's pay, and be frank we are not just distribute flyers. We are well trained HQ staffs with knowledge and skill sets and I am the one who support the events from end to end, which made me more upset)

So, I talked to HR said it's totally unfair, because my salary is RM3xxx and wth is this?
and even more ridiculous because the following salary we are getting would be the first salary after annual increment for staffs.
And I involved in 3 different events this month in fact if they implement the new policy it will affect my salary a lot!

Her explanation is, the company has no need to give weekends OT for staffs. So the OT (based on rm2k salary) is given because of our hardwork.
And said some excuses like "if your salary is rm10k, then company will use a lot to pay back you if you OT lor..."

My question is:
1. Does the calculation above really exist? such as the calculation capped at rm2k. based on worker law 1955
2. What can i do if they really implement this policy? Can F them or not? Really stupid wey.
3. They did it day before we get our salary (first salary after annual increment), what a cb move. Is it appropriate to make sudden change in policy before payday?
4. Sometime we worked on public holidays too (festive season), should I request more allowance such as more $$ or leaves? Because we usually do 1.5x for weekends thats all.

MacBook Pro retina, mid 2012, 15'...

Diagnosed and as below:
" Unit is able to turned ON but unable to boot into system and stuck at apple logo during startup process and video also produce vertical line on whole screen. Perform SMC and PRAM reset success but problem still persist. Perform MRI diagnostic test failed on battery. Battery test failed. Perform VST test on video failed due to system will restart by itself. Found out vertical line appear due to memory faulty and cause system hang or freeze during startup process. Defective part identified.

*VST = Video System Test - This diagnosis is required for all model MBP/Retina 15" Earlier,Mid,late 2011/2012 and Early 2013 to be tested. VST must failed the test for hardware to be claimed under Apple Quality Program.*"
