Reformatting windows 7 stuck

Hi all i'm currently reforamatting my acer 5750g because it was running extremely slowly. Whilst reformatting though it's been stuck at the screen

Installing Sysprep- Factory settings. The progress bar at the bottom is full 35/35 but it has been still here for more than 4 hours. Please help me any advice or solutions? Thank you all very much

Hi guys, I currently have an Acer Aspire 4741G i5-2.4ghz that has 2gb ram,512mb graf card(NVIDIA geforce 310m). I'm meaning to upgrade to another laptop with at least 1gb graf card to be able to run new games at least on medium to low settings. Any recommendations? budget around 3k-3.5k. Recommendations would be highly appreciated .Thanks guys
