heard a news from developer people, there will be no more DIBS scheme start next year. This is another wave to cooling down property market and curb speculation. Any banker/developer out there can confirm this?

went to the showhouse last week, it seem isolated a bit the area, but good thing is direct access to skve, starting price at 438k, 22x75 , the lowest price compare to surrounding area, expecially d'alphina and 16 sierra. location at high land also, but surround by those high tension cable, dun know will affect the future appreciates of the house?
