Selling a property

I am selling a house that i have owned for the past 7 years, the issue i have now is that i am selling it below market price but the potential buyer wants to markup the loan by a considerable amount (RM100k)

This is my first time selling off a property, I understand that RPGT no longer applies to my case, but i would like to know whether are there any other taxes that i would have to pay or declare?

because i am worried since on paper, price is higher than the actual sell price, then would i be taxed more???

I have my own personal reasons as to why i am selling it cheaper than market so dont ask

how do i check which gpu am i utilizing while gaming ( dota 2 on the go)
