This company is a Recruitment Agency. <br />I received an offer from them. But some of the terms in the letter offer are very alarming <!--emo&&lt;_&lt;--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='dry.gif' /><!--endemo--> . such as:<br />1) Company is not liable of potential delay in payment salary that is beyond its control. <!--emo&:ranting:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/ranting.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ranting.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br /><br />2) If the employee wants to resign, need to write 2 months prior notice to them <b>subject to management approval</b>.
