Should I quit or not?

Guys, I need your opinion on this. I've been working with this company for about 7 months. The environment is quite good.
The problem is since I started working here, the company didn't pay my epf and socso (but they actually deducted epf and socso at my payslip), other colleague also experience the same. It's because they have some financial crisis this year so they can't pay us the epf and socso.
Plus they also doesn't give any kind of bonus for their staff. According to the offer letter given to me, I'm on probation for 6 months but now already 7 months still didn't confirm yet (i guess because they don't want to increase my salary). And now because of that i can't make any loan (especially car loan) since my epf is not paid.

I started here as a freshie, I thought that this company is a good company to start my career development. But now i'm in dilemma, should I quit and find other job or should I stay? Hope otai2 here can help me

Problem in MATLAB

Hi, I am trying to encrypt image using chaotic neural network on MATLAB. After so much trying I still cant get it done. It has no problem when i try to decrypt a simple data. but when involves a huge data it failed. Anyone here can help me? I will provide the code if there is someone want to help me. thanks in advance

(Need Help) security lock code

Hello, I was assigned to create a 6-digit digital lock using 8051 controller with LCD and keypad. The program should be written in C.

The idea is user will enter the key from keypad and it will display on the LCD. If the key entered do not match the password that was saved early, it will display 'wrong password',otherwise it will display 'unlocked'. User can set the new password using the keypad.

The code for LCD and keypad is already done but now I'm stuck on the 'locking' part. Any ideas on how to do the simplest locking system in C?
Please help me
