Malaysia diploma vs Singapore

Hey guys, I'm very stressed up this few days due to my further studies. I've heard that Malaysia's Diploma Cert isn't recognized by the Singapore's Universities such as NTU, NUS and so on. Is that true? I'm really so into for studying abroad in Singapore but I'm also kinda worry what if I choose to study in a private college or universities in Singapore and turn up not recognized by MOE of Singapore.

Does anyone have any opinions to give? I kinda mess up right now.

BTW, I'm a Business student and currently taking Diploma in Finance and Investment in TARC. I've another options which is continuing my degrees at the local. Does anyone know which Unis in the local is better for me to continue my degree in my Finance field?

Sincerely need some advise. Thanks
