I'm thinking to sell my condominium in kl because of its appreciation.
When the time I bought this condominium its cost me RM220k but now its worth RM300k.
I still own bank RM150k and still under lock-in period.
so if I sell this house with RM300k. how much actually I could get back after deduct bank charger , sales tax, lawyer fee, stamping fee, agent fee and so on..anymore? (how they charge?)
