Maxis Home Fibre upload speed like shit

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Maxis Home Fibre 10mbps
Location: Puchong
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes, they said will call back and never.

Personal equipment
Modem: TM Huawei (black)
Router: Technicolor TG784n v3
Firewall used: computer side NO; modem & router NOT SURE

Problem details
First occurence of problem: upload speed very slow, especially to Dropbox & Cloud Server
Problem frequency: never fix
Problem description:
Since I switched from Unifi to Maxis Home Fibre (MHF), my upload speed to cloud server are slow like snail. As I was told by Maxis, to change the username to @public.maxis.com.my it's still same slow.

I uploading something to dropbox using MHF, the transfer rate is 19kpbs/sec, everytime when I'm in the rush, I use my YES Huddle, can even get the speed 203kbps/sec. That's 10+ faster comparing a fixed line and wireless. That's unacceptable.

I wonder is anyone facing the same problem? This problem have been struggling me since the first day using it!

Just now, I tried to check the upload speed from Maxis Speedtest, it comes out THIS SHIT! (refer attachment)
