Router Setting

I recently got a nexus 7 2013 but I am unable to connect to my streamnyx wifi ,however I am able to connect the wifi to my phone and laptop. The tablet works fine with a public wifi however,so I'm suspecting my router configuration is the culprit. Anybody can help me on this. Thanks. "modem used:Innacomm W3400V6"

I'm planning to get a new graphics card and wondering if my system is capable to support it.

Planning to get:PALIT GTS450 SONIC - 1GB 128bit GDDR5 880mhz/2x1950mhz

i) Can it run on a Asus M4N78 PRO mother board/Top Power TOP-450P5 power supply?

Any advice and recommendation is appreciated.Thank you.
