Contractor for Condominium Renovation

Hi All, I am.also looking for a contractor for my 1500sq fr condo who.can do below. Its for my own stay.

Full house Tiling
Bathroom renovation
Minor changes in structure of wet and dry kitchen
Kitchen cabinet & wardrobe
plaster ceiling

For kitchen I may go for porcelain bocs we do lots of cooking so avoid stains of cooking oil. Wardrobes I hope melamine should be fine.

Pls advise some renovation contactor or kitchen cabinet and wardrobe guys who can quote for a best price

Is it wise to take TIME Home Fibre 8/10Mbps ?

Hi,
I am bit confused over which broadband to select? I am using Streamyx for last 7 Years and satisfied with the TM service. I would like to increase the higher speed broadband and got to know about TIME Home Fibre 10 Mbps line but I am bit worried about their customer support. Some of the forums and users commented its bad, no one from their customer support is responding properly something like that. Some one says interruption on TIME broadband.

--- My condo at brickfields and having coverage for TIME Home Fibre
--- I use 1 computer LAN connected, 1 computer and 2 mobiles connected through wireless
--- Looking for a stable connection with less interruption

I would like to know the TIME Users opinion about their service and for a better suggestion. Thanks in advance

Rental Income Tax

Dear All,
I am a foreigner working in Malaysia , brought a property as jointly with my wife. Today my wife got a letter from the income tax that ,they understand my wife acquired a property and if any income that need to be filed. Every year I am paying my Income tax but I have not paid the Rental Income tax for this property.

Owners : My Self and Wife
Residential Status : under Malaysia Resident
Finance : Loan for 25 years
Wife Designation : House Wife (not working)

Anyone advice me on the below queries

1) How the tax calculation is ?
2) what are the items I can deduct from tax/Tax Allowance ?
3) Wife is not working and did she get any benefit on this?

Need your advice on this and guide me... thanks a lot...

Deed of assignment

Hi,
I am a foreginer buying a property(MASTER TITLE) in malaysia. I signed two diffrent set (one set of 3) of Deed of Assigment. Lawyer said one is for the Bank. Is it true.?

What are the other documents needed to sign for purchasing property?
