Please enlighten me about ASEAN pre-u scholarship

I am intended to apply the ASEAN PRE-U scholarship.
But I don't know how to fill the section 6:CCAs in school.
It only included the sports, clubs, societies, uniformed groups in school only?
then how about other competition that held outside of school?
and what details should I write?
