hi guys,
just to share my recent bad experience with Hasbro Official Store @ Lazada.

to summarize:
-i bought a board-game at Rm185 from them using Lazada. few days later it was on sale for Rm169.
-i contacted them thru Lazada to ask for a response to what i felt was a poor business practice.
-they replied with a bunch of empty words.
-i returned item thru Lazada and Lazada refunded full amount.

Details of the complaint : i made a mistaken claim that graphic090 did not refund rm20 as promised.

as far as i know online transfers between bank will show as one-day-day float within 24 hours and be available 48 hours later.
so when graphic090 transferred the money on 10th i was led to expect this procedure.

so i kept checking the first page of my online account because that's where the floats would show. always there was nothing from him.

this morning i checked my transaction history and the money was indicated as being received on 11th.

so, i apologize for making this mistaken claim.

Details of the complaint :

i PMed seller regarding his pc for sale. we nego a few times and agreed to a price for cod. i double check item detail and he told it has 320gb hdd and everything working fine with 1 week personal warranty. we agreed to COD Wednesday afternoon.

i arrived and informed him. he sent a small boy to do COD and i saw the pc very dusty with the vents all clogged with dirt and dust. i just reminded the boy i will call back if anything wrong with pc.

got home and cleaned off all the dust. i didn't want to run pc with vents clogged. turned it on and discovered the cd-rom wouldn't open and the hdd only 160gb. i immediately PMed him to inform him and he said sometimes the cd-rom gets stuck and told me to terbalik the pc. as for hdd, he said he not too sure of it...he didn't use it for long time.
i said i will try on a few more times and update him.

next morning i PMed confirmed cd-rom not working and i said if i return pc i will have to charge my labour for cleaning. so i suggest he refund me rm20.
he said rm15 take it or leave it.
i said he can replace with a working cd-rom
he said rm15 now or wait for end of month for rm20.
i said ok. i will open dispute first and when he refund i will close.
he said he will refund rm20 by that evening (Thursday 10th). later he sent a link to a url for a printscreen.

today, Monday 14th, around 4.30pm i sent him PM saying no money received. he replied 6.30pm told me to check with my bank.

tomorrow is a holiday so that means i must wait until Wednesday. i saw seller is also trying to sell other items and i think other buyers should be aware of this

Seller Feiton and I agreed to cancel transaction due to non delivery of items at 4.30pm on 07.08.13. he has ignored my repeated PM asking when he will refund my money even though he was online on at least 3 separate occasions.

10am I called airpak express to check on package. they took my details and said will check and call me back. they didn't

12pm Jimmy of Feiton called to check if airpak has called me. I said no. he said he will check.

12.30pm A guy from airpak called from a 016 number asking for direction to my address. I tried as best to give direction. he said he will deliver that afternoon.

3.30pm I called back the 016 to check status. it went straight to voice mail. twice. I called Jimmy of Feiton and informed him.

4.15pm Jimmy called back and said he couldn't reach airpak. I said lets cancel sale and can he refund my money and inform airpak to cancel delivery. he said ok and asked for my bank account. I sms him my bank details.

4.30pm I contacted Mr Henry Ong and Miss Jenny Yee of airpak and informed them of my problem. I cc the email to Feiton.
6.00pm Jenny Yee replied and I informed her that seller and I have decided to cancel sale and asked her to cancel delivery. she said ok. email was cc to Feiton
6.30pm I PMed Feiton asking when I can expect my money back. he was online but ignored me.
10.50pm I PMed Feiton asking when I can expect my money back. he was online but ignored me.
