            <title>Feel sad for her</title>

            <description>I wanna complain in /k/. My gf&amp;#39;s birthday coming soon in this sept. So I planned to make a video for her. The video supposed to include friends of her from secondary school, housemates, family members, cousin. So I emailed them on 31 Aug, some of them responded. Say it is fine for them. But after that, none of them actually send their video to my email address on the dateline I have given them. Now her bd is around the corner and I feel that I don&amp;#39;t have the time to wait for them to send me the videos of them wishing my gf happy bd. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I&amp;#39;m now doing a post it stop motion video wishing her a happy bd, instead of waiting for her so call good friends in the past. And in the process of doing post it stop motion video, my friend were even more helpful than those friends of her. I feel so sad for her that this so call good friends of her have never care about my gf bd.             <title>Feeling so emo..</title>

            <description>emo because&lt;br /&gt;-Stucked at one point for too long - the transition phase (student life(in fact, i still left with few papers(im doing acca)) to working life) for too long... about 1 years.. feel like being a parasite to my parents D:&lt;br /&gt;-many bad things happening around me now.. grandma hospitalize earlier but now is discharged, uncle hospitalized&lt;br /&gt;-gf treating me coldly recently..&lt;br /&gt;-body weight wont gain (despite eating six meal a day), arm size forever the same, strength never increase&lt;br /&gt;-seeing friends at my age already have some savings, while my saving is made of ang pao money...&lt;br /&gt;-everytime when listen to some emo music, everything i think and i see become sad and demotivate energy...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how can i improve myself or what should i do omg D:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;flame me/encourage me/troll me ,all bring it on&amp;#33;</description>

I want some advise on my current workout and diet plan and whether I should keep it going or should I change (need advise)? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s my workout plan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday: Chest and bicep&lt;br /&gt;Monday: Rest&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday: Back &lt;br /&gt;Wednesday: Rest&lt;br /&gt;Thursday: Shoulder and abs&lt;br /&gt;Friday: Rest&lt;br /&gt;Sat: Leg, abs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meal(on rest day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Morning: 5 egg whites, oats, milk, peanut butter (all blend together)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: Chicken rice (extra chick and rice)&lt;br /&gt;Tea time: Anything that has protein and carbs&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: Rice with chicken/beef/salmon&lt;br /&gt;Pre-bedtime meal: 1 scoop whey, glutamine, 2tsp olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meal(on workout day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Same for all except that there is no tea time meal, as i have to empty my stomatch for intra-workout supplement for working out and my post-workout meal is one scoop of whey, glutamine, creatine follow by dinner after 45mins of consuming post-workout meal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current stats:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Height: 176cm&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 71kg (have belly fat) &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goal: Hit 75kg lean mass/body weight by end of April 2011. (want to look big (wide) and muscular too&amp;#33;)&lt;br /&gt;Currently: Look average with small tiny frame and arm. I need advise on back exercise which will stimulate more on my back than the biceps, how can it be done? Anyone? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anybody here can let me know where did I go wrong and where should i change and what is my problem.
