Windows 10 Black screen with cursor

I've just updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10 using the media creation tool provided by Microsoft. Installation works fine, updates downloaded and installed, then boot into Windows 10. Looks good, after a few second a notification come up, I don't even have time to read the notification, then the screen goes black with only my cursor. Been googling around and found that it probably have issues with incompatible Intel hd graphics drivers. So I thought I could try load into safe mode to install the Windows 10 intel hd graphic driver. When safe mode loaded, a logonui.exe error occurred, causing the safe mode method failed. Is there anyway to install the driver without load into windows?

PSU turn off automatically

Just purchased this PSU for like half a year ago, no problem by then until recently the PSU just turn off automatically and cannot turn on afterwards for awhile until it can be turn on again. After playing around with the PC, I realized the PSU only turn off while under heavy load like when I'm playing game. Is it the PSU faulty ??

Need help and guide for motherboard bios update

Now, I have :
1x motherboard lga1155 socket but without bios updated to support ivy bridge CPU
1x intel i3-3220 CPU
1x USB drive with latest bios rom.
And other hardware to necessary to build a desktop pc.

Is there a way to update bios without a sandy bridge CPU? Since the motherboard can't support ivy bridge at this moment.

My brother are using PPStream 24hour, and guess what, i paid 100% of the monthly charges but yet im getting really slow speeds because the PPS eats all the bandwidth . I'm not very selfish though to block PPS connection, so i could as well just lower down the speed for him, thats why i came to QOS... but then im a total newbie on these networking stuff, so if there is anyone who know how, please guide me. thanks =)

I wanna buy a heatsink for my processor, what is the spec/requirement that i should take note of ?? I've look around some heatsink, some of them says its for certain LGA socket, does it means that if im using LGA1155 socket then i canot use the heatsink that is for, lets say LGA1156 ???

Wierd sound

a 6-8 "tut" sound come out in sequence, i dont know why/when that sound occur, doesnt have any symptom, and doesnt have any effect on my pc performance, but it worries me... so if anyone know whats happening, please help/guide me.

I've assemble a pc today, everything's done nicely, but when i turn it on, the casing fan spin for like 0.5 seconds and stop, everything's not running. what could be the problem ???

What is the difference between DVI and D-sub port ???
cuz from what i know, most mainboard with DVI can hav only 60hz refresh rate, while D-Sub port hav 75hz, then i try out from my aunty PC, when i change to 60hz with D-Sub, its completely blur, when i change back to 75hz, it become clear, what if its 60hz on DVI ?? will it be very blur too???
