Hey forumers,

My boss has not paid march salary till today. Our entire department has inquire about it multiple times. Excuses are thrown saying its still processing.

2. My boss is applying for the salary subsidy by ldhn but requires us to sign a letter saying we will accept only the 1.2k given by ldhn and the rest would be given back to the company (via a letter saying we borrowed cash from the company and paying back via salary)

3. If I was to make an official complaint which government agency should I get in touch with and what would I need. As late payment are a reoccurring trend by this director.
