Investment Choice

Hi All Sifus,

Seeking some advise on the investment that i should do.

I am planning to set a side RM 15,000 to RM 20,000 annually for investment purpose and would like to know which one will have a better yield in long term for the next 30 years.

Buying dividend stocks like ASBN, TNB,MBB that giving consistent dividend and yield around minimum 4% and then reinvest back the money into respective stock

Or buy a property and rent it out for AIRBNB or just normal monthly rental.

I know both have it each pros and cons.

Share is easier to liquidate than property and lesser management requirement

Appreciate all advise for this noobie

Hi, I was accepted to work as a cashier in giant but there required me to submit parents' ic and birth cert...

Do I really need to submit my parent's ic and birth cert since I'm 21 yrs old...n previous job as stocj checking and promoter did not require me to submit those....

Really needed an answer...=)

I met her in my High School back to 2008..that time i had no feeling on her but somehow I was attracted to her and sometime will care for her as her study was not that good...
Later on, in beginning of 2009 she sms-ed me and ask how to do the homework..The next morning she ask again and my friends started to ejek us and thus I avoided her and try to not to her as that time I was in LOVE with another girl(never got into relationship, friend from the start till now).
However, somewhere in May I realized I had feeling for her. Sad case is that she never go out with me alone even yum cha, pasar malam, and we hardly talk in class. She live in the same area as me but never got to go out and most of the time she did not reply my sms or msn..
Heart break when she attended my friend's birthday when she was the only girl there and she rejected me when I ask her to celebrate my birthday together with my friends...I even help her and sms some motivation sms to her during STPM but she never reply me and did not wish me good luck for STPM!!!
2010, we did not meet each other anymore and I thought finally I can forget her as I'm going for private university and she enrolling into another University...Guess what!!!Suddenly she was in the same university as me but differ course...ANd the feeling is back...
She was the first girl I'm feel comfortable to chat in English as I normally converse in cantonese with my friends..
I care for her and always will try to help her but she never find me not even a single time in the past 2 or 3 years I known her except that whenever she need help or favor from me then only she will sms me and find me...
Last week I confessed to her..SHe said she knows I like her and at the same time I knew that she knows I like her...
I tell her everything and even how I felt when she treated me like fireman...she needs help then only find me...
and she told me not to waste my time on her..But I do really LIKE her and care for her...
Just now, I read her blog and she did blog out what happen that night..
She said we suppose to be good friends!!
But will a good friend always reject for drinking,sms,facebook chat, msn, to a point to say my house is very in(when it just takes me 10mins to walk to her house), not to talk with me when my friend or her friend around us...
She did go out for dinner or drinking or even go to pasar malam with friend even GUY as well!!!
So sometime I thought, will it be better if I have no feeling on her as I will be able to chat, go out and do many things as a FRIEND!!

So should I continue to court her or give up!!!
and should I continue like the way I care for her before rejection or not to care for her anymore and ignore her presence!!
or become friend??
HELP NEEDED!!!
