[WTA] Cost of lift purchase/install in house?

Hi all,

Any idea for the estimate costing of installing a lift on the side of corner/Semi-D that is between 2 to 3 storeys?

Have an OKU family member and looking at houses but not many options with private lifts. A bit difficult to get a quotation from a company cause we have not yet found the ideal property -- so wondering if it's worth to buy a completed house (corner / Semi-D) where it might be possible to install a lift externally.

If not recommended, please let me know why, I'd appreciate any advice.

Requirements:

- Must know WordPress and be good at researching to find solutions to problems

- Ideally you are somewhat creative as : we will provide the WordPress theme and content (eg a company profile / writeup) , you will need to install and set up the website + insert the content. You need to have an eye for detail to try and pick the nicest way to insert/present the content given, based on the look of the theme's demo.

- NO photoshop / illustrator experience needed as the themes are already designed

- Ideally you have experience with plugin like 1) Visual Composer / WPBakery and 2) Slider Revolution -OR- be able to learn on the job

- Must know or be willing to learn CPanel (lots of tutorials available on YouTube) to : create email accounts, backup files etc

- As candidates will work from home, we need you to be communicative & be upfront about delays or issues. Going AWOL/ ghosting will not be acceptable.

- Prefer people who need minimal supervision, have a good work ethic, communicative and are able to meet deadlines

- You will be working from home, so you'll need your own computer, WhatsApp, phone line and Internet connection
