Online Platform for trading Japan TYO Stocks?

Dear Lowyat sifu-sifu & forumers:

Background: I was using an online trading platform by CGS-CIMB (now CGSI) SG to do global trading, in particular access to Japan's TYO stock. However, start from previous year, I notice they start to remove the market pricing from their website, and remove market data on their platform. By now, any TYO stocks showing "untradable" on their platform. Therefore I assume they have remove the facility and not seeing having it again in near future.

Therefore, I am looking for new platform that enable to access to TYO market

Conditions:

- Legit
- Account for Malaysian residing in MY
- Self service online trading (not through representative)
- Brokerage/commision not too high (for reference, the platform I used: min 1,500 JPY, which is ~MYR 50 is my acceptance range)

Instruments

- Real TYO stocks, i.e.
- NOT deriavitive like CFD
- NOT mutual funds
