High floor vs low floor

Hi all experts out there, i'm looking into buying a condo. I've viewed a few units ranging from low, mid and high floor. Anyone out there mind to share with me whether should I go ahead with buying the low floor (first floor facing pool view). I am staying with my parents (50++). What are the disadvantages? Or what are the things that I should look out for? thanks!!!
