2002 Kia Spectra cheap?

Hey guys, I am planning to buy a second hand car in 3 months time. So, I browse through carlist.my. I found that quite a handful of Used Kia is more valuable to buy than a used Proton. Or even a 1999 kancil is also able to price a bit more than the Kia.

Why is that?

I am thinking to buy a 2nd hand house (got that term or not?). Is the procedure the same as buying a new house? How much is the minimum down payment I have to pay?
Actually, I know nothing about buying a house in Malaysia in general. It would be nice if sifu sifu can introduce me some website that I can read.

This question is more towards chinese as some believes that it is not good to have same last name marriage (eg. Lee married Lee, Lim married Lim etc.).

Hi all sifu. Not sure if I am posting in the right place.

Anyway, my current speaker using is sensonic F7+. IMO, the sound is produce is so good.

Thinking if I should go for Logitech Z506 5.1, as it is only RM100+ topup if I sold the F7+ (Just bought F7+ approx a month ago) and I will be able to get 5.1 for my gaming and entertainment use.

Any advice from sound sifu? Is the sound quality of F7+ a lot better than the Logitech?

Both have the same price, but color series doesn't have OS, but it doesn't really matter coz I can do it on my own. Not a big deal.

The reason I want color series is the overall better spec (I think). But I am not sure if the processor is better than a53tk or not. Coz a53tk is amd.

The reason why I want a53tk is the bigger screen at 15.6". But slightly worse GPU (I think)

I checked the brochure from my local store, the brochure stat color series is 14" but on the net, it is 15.6". So, I am not sure which one is correct. But may be it was the store's typo. I will go and ask them

Anyway, which is better in terms of spec in your opinion?

Anyway, I just linked my Maybank debit card to google wallet so that I can purchase app in play store.

Then I go ahead and bought an app.

Then, I install the app.

After that, I went into my bank account and check for balance.

What is weird is that none of my money is credited out.

Is that normal?

actually, yesterday, while my gf is in lrt going to work, she felt that her butt is being rub by a guy's underpart...but of course, it is with pants on...and she is scared to hell...

so, is there anyway to prevent this from happening again?

you know, may be leaning on the wall etc.

but she told me that it is very hard to do so coz lrt is just too much people...

so, is there anyway?

she isnt wearing any sexy cloth or whatever...so, thoughts?

i can only think of asking her to stand between girls, but she told me it will be very hard too...

hey guys, i dont really know where to put this question, so, i figure that i will just post it up here.

my gf is studying at tarc in wangsa maju for one year and a little more. and she has been using a very thin mattress. and i figure i should buy her a new mattress. but i dont know where to look for a mattress since i am in jb. and i couldnt buy her a very thick mattress either because i dont have a vehicle to bring that thick mattress to her house. so my only solution is to buy another thin mattress for her and let the newer mattress to overlay with the old mattress so that the bed become thick.

but still, the problem, i don't know where i can get that kind of mattress. can someone help me? thanks in advanced!
